Full-time, commission-based. Territory is Middlesex, Essex, Suffolk and Plymouth Counties, Massachusetts.
The role develops, manages and grows a portfolio of wholesale retail accounts across the territory, acting as the primary point of contact for dispensaries and retail buyers, communicating product attributes, pricing, availability and promotions, securing new accounts and driving repeat orders, and coordinating with cultivation, production and logistics so orders are accurate and on time.
Commission-based, 5 to 7 percent depending on experience and performance, with uncapped earning potential tied directly to sales volume and account growth.
