Advanced Cultivators is building a cannabis dispensary at 25 Newbury Street in Peabody, Massachusetts. Newbury Street is US Route 1 through Peabody, on the stretch of the corridor closest to Route 128 and I-95. It will be the first Latino-owned cannabis dispensary in Massachusetts.
AC is not a new company opening a store. It has been licensed in Massachusetts since November 2021 and growing commercially in Lowell since September 2023, under cultivation licence MC283314: a Tier 2 indoor licence, 5,001 to 10,000 square feet, at 100 Phoenix Avenue. Peabody is the first counter where AC will hand over its own harvest itself.
AC is stocked in more than 40 licensed dispensaries across Massachusetts, in roughly 28 cities and towns. Sheffield in the Berkshires to Wellfleet on the Cape, and Springfield, Holyoke, Worcester, Fitchburg, Boston, Cambridge, Chelsea, Quincy, Brockton, Taunton, Fall River, Wareham and Lynn in between. The AC locations page lists every one of those stores and sorts them by how recently each received a batch, because that is the one thing a cultivator selling through other operators can still tell you from the outside. Some stores took delivery last week. Some took delivery three months ago. Peabody is where AC stops having to publish that distinction and simply controls it.
Peabody is the commercial center of the Northshore, and Route 1 is its spine. The corridor runs north to Danvers and south toward Lynnfield and Saugus. Route 114 runs east out of Peabody to Salem, and Route 128 brings Danvers, Beverly and the rest of Essex County into the same interchange, which puts the store within a short drive of Salem, Danvers, Lynnfield, Middleton, Lynn, Beverly, Marblehead, Swampscott and Wakefield.

That includes the 2026 NECANN Boston sweep: 1st Overall Hybrid, 1st Hybrid Flower, 1st Indica Flower and 3rd Preroll. All of it out of one licensed indoor facility in Lowell, not a multi-site operation with a different head grower in every room.
AC publishes a Certificate of Analysis for every batch, including batches that failed and were never shipped. Independent third-party lab results, THC, terpenes and contaminants, all public. We don't promise quality. We publish it.

AC Peabody opens as a medical dispensary, serving registered Massachusetts patients. Adult-use retail is not currently permitted in Peabody, so medical is how the store opens. No opening date has been announced. Rather than guess at one, AC sends it to the email list on this page once the licence and the build-out are finished, and the same list gets first notice on the founding patient program.
